Yes — but the clock starts after the onboarding form is complete and we have access to your tools. If you take a week to fill the form, the build takes a week + 48h. The 48h is on us; the inputs are on you.

That's the entire point. You stay in your business; we run the systems. We provide a Loom walkthrough so you know what's running and what not to touch.

Whatever fits your business. We're fluent in Zapier, n8n, and Make.com for orchestration; OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models for AI; and dozens of integrations across CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), payments (Stripe), comms (Slack, Telegram, Twilio), and data (Airtable, Supabase, Postgres). If you already run on a stack, we work in it. If you're starting fresh, we'll recommend the right one for your scale and budget.

Zapier is fastest to start with, has the broadest integration library, but pricing scales aggressively past a few hundred runs/month. Make.com sits in the middle — visual, affordable, decent for medium complexity. n8n is open-source, self-hostable, has unlimited workflow runs, and handles complex logic the other two struggle with. We pick (or migrate to) whichever serves your business best — sometimes it's all three connected together.

You do, directly. AI usage scales with your business — bundling it into our fee would mean either we cap it (bad for you) or we eat unpredictable costs (bad for us). We help you set up the accounts and watch the spend.

Yes — and we do this often. We rebuild your existing Zaps or Make scenarios in n8n where it saves real money, or we optimise them where you are if a migration isn't worth the disruption. We'll tell you honestly which makes sense before we charge you to do it.

You own all your data, accounts, and the deployed systems running for your business. We retain ownership of our underlying templates and frameworks — same as any agency.

Setup fees are non-refundable once build starts. Retainers cancel with 14 days notice. We'd rather fix what's not working than fight over money.
